a - Register Yourself

  • From the eziEvent Login Page, select the Register Button on the top right corner
  • From the Register As A field, select Parent / Participant Admin
  • Complete the rest of the form, the * indicate Required Field and must be completed
  • If you agree to the Terms & Conditions select the Yes button
  • Next would be to click on the Register Button on the bottom right corner on the page
  • You will receive a email confirming your email address and Account Activation

b - Register Your Kids

  • From the eziEvent Login Page, select the Login Button on the top right corner
  • Enter the Email and Password that you have registered with
  • After successful login you will have a Add Participant button on the top right corner, select the button
  • Complete the form, note the * indicate Required Field and must be completed
  • Next would be to click on the Register Button on the bottom right corner on the page

c - Sign Up

  • You have to be logged in to Sign Up
  • From the eziEvent Login Page, select the Login Button on the top right corner
  • Enter the Email and Password that you have registered with
  • Select the Category and Type
    • Via the Company Events drop-down list on the Main Menu
    • Via the Events drop-down list on the Main Menu
    • Via the Category blocks at the bottom of the page (Note: Event Type with no events will be greyed out)
  • Select the Event to register for
  • Select the Sign Up Button on the top right corner
  • Complete the form, note the * indicate Required Field and must be completed
  • If you agree to the Terms & Conditions select the Yes button. (Note: These are T&C specific to the event)
  • Next would be to click on the Save Button on the bottom right corner on the page
  • You will receive a Confirmation Email for the Sign Up

a - Register Your Company

  • From the eziEvent Login Page, select the Register Button on the top right corner
  • From the Register As A field, select Company Admin
  • Complete the rest of the form, the * indicate Required Field and must be completed
  • If you agree to the Terms & Conditions select the Yes button
  • Next would be to click on the Register Button on the bottom right corner on the page
  • You will receive a email confirming your email address and Email Activation
  • As soon as your account information has been verified you will get a  Activation Email for your account

b - Coordinators & Presenters

Note: Event Coordinators and Presenters (Requester) have to register themselves on eziEvent under the Company, the Company Admin will need to approve the request.

  • From the eziEvent Login Page, select the Register Button on the top right corner (Requester)
  • From the Register As A field, select either Event Coordinator or Presenter
  • Complete the rest of the form, the * indicate Required Field and must be completed
  • If you agree to the Terms & Conditions select the Yes button
  • Next would be to click on the Register Button on the bottom right corner on the page
  • You (Requester) will receive a email confirming your email address and Email Activation
  • Company Admin will also receive a email confirming the request of a new Coordinator or Presenter
  • Company Admin login and activate the Coordinator or Presenter request

c - Create & Manage Events

  • You have to be logged in to Create and Manage Events
  • From the eziEvent Login Page, select the Login Button on the top right corner
  • Enter the Email and Password that you have registered with
  • Click on the Company Events on the Main Menu
  • To manage Existing Event
    • Select the Edit button on the event you want to edit, make changes and update the event
    • Select the Form Builder button on the event you want to edit, make changes and update the event
  • To create a New Event
    • Click on the Add Event Button
    • Complete all the required fields and click on the Submit Button
    • The form Builder page will open allowing you to create custom field for the event, on completion click on the Done button
