WHAT IS EZIEVENT?

eziEvent originated from the need of parents to register their children for various activities and not have to fill in form after form after form, year after year after year. To have a central point to manage their information as well as their children's information and then be able to register their children for various activities.

WHAT IS A PARTICIPANT ADMIN?

With eziEvent we have various roles and responsibilities, due to this we had to implement some new lingo. Basically a Participant Admin is a person that can manage multiple participants linked to their profile. For example a parent with his children.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

There will be no cost to the Participant Admin or Participant To register on eziEvent.

HOW DOES EZIEVENT MAKE MONEY?

Companies that register on the system will be charged per event hosted and per participant attending the event.

HOW SECURE IS MY INFORMATION?

eziEvent shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “persona information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). WHO WILL HAVE ACCESS TO MY INFORMATION?

Only when registering for a event will your information be made available to the appropriate company hosting a event

HOW MANY PARTICIPANTS CAN I REGISTER ON THE PROFILE?

You can load as many participants as you have need for.

CAN A PARTICIPANT MANAGE HIS OWN PROFILE?

Yes, simply make sure to select on the create account option when adding your participant. This will allow them to log in and view their own event info & update their own info.
